Six Bit Ranch is a beautiful chardonnay out of the North Fork of Long Island. Made by
winemaker, Kelly Urbanik Koch of Macari Vineyards, this gentle expression of chardonnay leaves
us with notes of light tropical and stone fruit, white flower, crisp acidity and just a touch of baking
spice and caramel. Light Pyrazine from the Sauvignon adds just enough salinity to enliven the palate and refresh the senses while the Tokai rounds the finish.
Pairs best with poultry, bone marrow, rich robust vegetables, and fish.
