Tasting Notes:

Color: Deep royal lavender, moving into a bright magenta at the rim.

Aromas: Youthful vibrant expressions of pomegranate, dark cassis, light maraschino, stewed plum, and licorice. Slowly reveals notes of moss and earthy characteristics.

Palate: Matches the nose but supplements the fruit with density, structure, peppery decadence & hints of spicy clove, and vanilla.
